Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using Twiget, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our application.

Use License

Twiget is designed for personal organization of Twitter/X video content. When using our app, you agree to:

• Only bookmark videos from public Twitter/X accounts you have permission to view
• Respect copyright laws and Twitter/X's terms of service
• Not use the app for any illegal purposes
• Not attempt to modify, reverse engineer, or hack the app
• Use bookmarked content responsibly and in accordance with original creators' rights
• Not redistribute or commercialize your collections without proper authorization

Content Organization

Twiget helps you organize links to publicly available Twitter/X videos. We respect both user privacy and content creators' rights. You may only bookmark videos that are publicly accessible, and you remain responsible for how you use and share your organized collections.

Data Ownership

Your collections, bookmarks, and organizational data belong to you. We do not claim ownership over your personal collections or the way you choose to organize your video bookmarks. You can export or delete your data at any time.

iCloud Synchronization

If you choose to enable iCloud synchronization:

• Your data will be stored in your personal iCloud account
• Apple's iCloud Terms and Conditions apply to this data storage
• You maintain full ownership and control of your synchronized data
• You can disable synchronization at any time through your device settings
• Disabling iCloud sync will not delete your local data

Disclaimer

Twiget is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not responsible for:

• Content of bookmarked videos or changes to their availability
• How organized collections are used or shared
• Any misuse of the organization features
• Any technical issues or interruptions in service
• Changes in Twitter/X's API that may affect link verification
• Loss of collections due to device issues (please backup important data)
• iCloud synchronization issues or failures due to Apple's service availability
• Any data loss related to iCloud storage limitations or Apple ID issues

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Twiget be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of organized collections, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the app's organization features
• Any unauthorized access to or use of your device's stored collections
• Any interruption or cessation of the organization service
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may affect your collections
• Loss or corruption of locally stored bookmark data

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms of Service. Your continued use of the app following the posting of revised Terms of Service means that you accept and agree to the changes.
